When using refractory bricks, it is necessary to avoid the following incorrect constructions:

(1) Displacement: that is, unevenness between layers, blocks and blocks;

(2) Skew: that is, uneven in the horizontal direction;

(3) Uneven ash joints: that is, the total width of the ash joints is different, which can be adjusted according to the appropriate selection of bricks;

(4) Uphill: that is, there is a standard unevenness on the surface of the wall at the side of the armpit, and it should be operated within 1 mm;

(5) From the center: that is, the high-alumina refractory brick ring in the arc-shaped infill wall is not the same as the outer shell;

(6) Heavy seam: that is, the upper and lower layers of gray seams are superimposed, and only one gray seam is allowed between the two layers;

(7) Running of the mold: that is, the matching of the inner and outer leveling layers, or even the exposed metal shell, is not allowed;

(8) Open mouth: that is, in the arc-shaped filling wall, the ash joint is small inside and large outside;

(9) Staggered stage: that is, the mortar is not rounded in the solid layer, between the bricks and the shell, which is not allowed in the lining of unmoved machinery and equipment;

(10) Hair seam: that is, the brick seam is not smeared, and the wall is not cleaned;

(11) Snaking bend: that is, the longitudinal seam, circular seam or horizontal seam is not parallel, but is bent in a wavy shape;

(12) Packing of filling wall: It is caused by the deformation of machinery and equipment, and the relevant surface layer of machinery and equipment should be smoothed when building the wall. When building two layers of inner lining, the ground can be leveled with heat insulation board;

(13) Mixing mortar: It is not allowed to use mortar by mistake. Therefore, when I use refractory bricks, I should try to avoid the above common problems as much as possible.
