High Alumina Refractory Bricks

LONGKETER supplying a comprehensive range of HIGH ALUMINA REFRACTORY BRICKS. High alumina bricks can be divided into different varieties according to their aluminum content. Common ones include AL2O3≥75%, AL2O3≥80%, AL2O3≥85%, AL2O3≥90% and other different varieties. The higher the AL2O3 content, the better its performance.technical data of alumina bricks generally include chemical composition(content of Al2O3 and Fe2O3), bulk density, apparent porosity, cold crushing strength, permanent liner change and refractoriness under load 0.2 MPa.

High alumina refractory bricks are used with temperatures up to 1900°C.Depending on the use, the higher the Al2O3 content, the lower the impurity content of the refractory brick, the better the heat resistance, the stronger the crushing strength, the better the corrosion performance, the longer the service life, and the more stable the performance.we can choose different brick types and sizes.but thermal shock resistance of corumdum bricks are weaker than high alumina refractory bricks and mullite bricks, so bricks with higher Al2O3 content are generally used as working lining of furnaces, kilns and boiler with stable temperature.

Grinding of raw material--Batching-- Shaping with hydraulic press-- firing in tunnel kilns--- inspection and packaging in warehouse
