Refractory magnesia carbon bricks are made from high-purity magnesium oxide and high-quality artificial graphite powder through production processes such as crushing, mixing, pressing, baking, and high-temperature graphitization and purification. The magnesium oxide content is between 85% and 90%, and the graphite content is between 10% and 15%. Since magnesium oxide is an oxide with a high melting point, it can withstand the corrosion of high-temperature molten metal and high-temperature gas. Graphite has good thermal conductivity and thermal shock stability, and can withstand thermal shock loads and cyclic thermal shock loads at high temperatures.

Magnesia carbon bricks have good comprehensive properties. After many actual factory tests, the maximum heat-resistant temperature can reach 2500°C, and its fire resistance is 3 to 5 times that of ordinary graphite materials.
