Application characteristics of different types anchors

Commonly used metal anchors include L-shaped nails, Y-shaped nails, V-shaped nails, and Z-shaped nails.

1. L-type: L-type anchors are mostly used on the roof of the curtain furnace, and are suitable for the insulation structure of the single-layer furnace body. Due to the particularity of the furnace roof, during the construction of the furnace roof, the thickness of each construction is 40~50 mm, and then the steel wire is wound around the construction surface, fixed on the L-shaped nail, and then fixed on the small L-shaped nail with a tape. In the groove, the tape can prevent the steel wire from sliding down and play the role of fixing the monolithic refractory material. This not only improves the integrity of the monolithic refractory material, but also increases its thermal shock resistance, which has a good use effect. This kind of anchoring parts are mainly used for spraying construction of amorphous materials.

2. Y-type: Y-type anchors can be used in any part of the furnace body, but it is suitable for a furnace body with a multi-layer insulation structure, like the furnace structure from cold surface to hot surface including back lining board, light weight insulation monolithic refractories, high density high strength monolithic refractories. The advantage of this anchor is that its upper end is threaded to the rod.

3. V-type: V-type anchors are mostly used for the furnace wall of the kiln, and it is the most widely used anchor. It is mostly used for single-layer insulation structures. It has been very popular because of its good performance.

4. Z-type: Z-type anchors have a simple structure and low cost, and are mostly used in combination with other anchors to reflect their good performance.
