Ladle castables are based on low-cement castables, using ultra-fine powder technology, excellent binders and high-efficiency admixtures, under the guidance of the basic theory of refractory materials, and according to the use and operating conditions of various ladle furnaces, scientifically formulated. The formula is formulated by finely adjusting the particle size composition and rationally selecting binders and admixtures.
Ladle castables have the characteristics of high strength, good thermal shock resistance, corrosion resistance and good volume stability, and are suitable for the selection of working linings for ordinary ladles, refining ladles and electric furnace ladles.
This product has been successfully applied in Jinan Steel, Fulun Iron and Steel, Shoudu Steel, Laiwu Steel, Huaxi Steel Works, Rizhao Steel and other steel plants.
