At the same time, high alumina cement has a low silicon content and will not precipitate silica (SiO2) at high temperatures, further ensuring its fire resistance.
High alumina cement refractory is a highly fire-resistant material and its heat resistance is much stronger than ordinary cement. The relationship between its high-temperature strength and temperature shows a trend of rising first and then falling, and the maximum operating temperature can reach over 1800°C. High alumina cement also has high wear resistance and can withstand large mechanical loads.
