Refractory Ceramic fiber paper is made of selected aluminum silicate ceramic fiber cotton as the main raw material by wet forming process. The slag removal and drying process is improved on the basis of the traditional process, which is characterized by no asbestos, uniform fiber distribution, white color, no stratification, less slag shots (four times of centrifugal slag removal), flexible adjustment of bulk density according to the application, and high strength (including reinforcing fibers), good elasticity and strong machinability. Due to different service temperatures, it is divided into four materials, standard, high-alumina, and zirconium-containing ceramic fiber paper.
Refractory Ceramic fiber paper (aluminum silicate fiber paper) is produced from aluminum silicate refractory fibers plus a small amount of scientifically selected and strictly controlled binders. The binder will be burnt off completely during application.
The product sizes that can be achieved by ceramic fiber paper process conditions are as follows:

Thickness: 0.5-13mm
Length: 6-120m
refractory ceramic fiber paper can be cut into various shapes for making flange gaskets or other thermal insulation pads and gaskets.
Features of refractory ceramic fiber paper:
Fire Resistant: Remains in full shape and size after being fired.
High temperature resistance: There are two types of temperature resistance: 1260 and 1400 °C.
Heat insulation: It can effectively prevent or slow down heat transfer, and the thermal conductivity at 800°C can be as low as 0.12w/(m.k).
Insulation: Inorganic silicate material, non-conductive at high temperature.
Sound insulation: high noise reduction coefficient.
Sealing: It has certain elasticity and can be used for high temperature sealing.
