Magnesite chrome brick are basic refractory products, generally produced from sintered magnesia (MgO content is between 89% and 92%) and chrome ore as raw materials. Magnesia-chrome bricks fired with imported chrome ore are also called ordinary sintered magnesia-chrome bricks, or magnesia-chrome bricks for short.
Ordinary sinteredmagnesite chrome brick: the purity of raw materials is not high, light-burned magnesia is used, and the sintering temperature is low;
Directly combined with magnesite chrome brick: the raw materials are of high purity, using dead-burned magnesia, and the sintering temperature of bricks in tunnel kilns is higher than that of ordinary sintered magnesia-chrome bricks;
Fused semi-recombined magnesite chrome brick: the raw materials are dead-burned magnesia and fused magnesia, and the sintering temperature is higher than that of ordinary sintered magnesia-chrome brick;
Fused magnesite chrome brick: the raw material is fused magnesia, and the cost is high;
Impregnated magnesite chrome brick:In order to reduce the pores of the magnesia-chrome brick, make it difficult for the metal solution to enter the interior of the magnesia-chrome brick, block the open pores, and prolong the service life of the magnesia-chrome brick, the magnesia chrome bricks are vacuum impregnated in the molten industrial sodium chloride potassium chloride.
Features of magnesia chrome bricks
The refractoriness is greater than 2000℃, the softening temperature under load is generally above 1550℃, the high temperature volume stability is good, with good thermal shock resistance

Mainly used in cement rotary kiln, glass kiln regenerator, steelmaking furnace lining, refining ladle permanent layer, non-ferrous metallurgical furnace, lime kiln, iron mixing furnace and refractory high temperature furnace lining, etc.
