Process process:
Smelt material is made into ceramic fiber cottons after spinning process; ceramic fiber cotton is accumulated onto cotton collecting equipment, and uniform felt is got. After double-sides needled process, 1260 ceramic fiber blanket is shaped.
Ceramic fiber blanket is also known as alumina silicate fiber blanket. It's named after "ceramic" because the same main content " alumina"to the ceramic products. There are two types blanket: Ceramic fiber blowing blanket and ceramic fiber spinning blanket. Spinning blanket are more widely used, as the spinning fiber is longer, result to better thermal insulation performance. Most of the insulation layer for pipelines are made by ceramic fiber spinning blanket.
Characteristic: white color; standard size; with high thermal resistance, great thermal & cold insulation; No organic binders included; High tensile strength, bending strength and great fiber structure when being long time used under neutral\ oxidizing atmosphere. Service temperature is 950-1400℃.
