Zirconia refractory brick are high-temperature, high-strength refractory materials made of high-purity zirconia powder and alumina powder as raw materials, and then made by dry pressing or molding, grouting and dip coating, and sintering at 1150°C. Refractory zirconia bricks are mainly used in high-temperature kiln internal lining, heat insulation layer, thermal insulation of thermal equipment, electric furnace internal lining and other fields.
The main characteristics of refractory zirconia bricks are good high temperature stability, strong resistance to chemical erosion, and can withstand high temperature, high pressure gas corrosion, molten glass, metal and other liquid erosion. Refractory zirconia bricks also have high strength and hardness, smooth surface and long service life. In some harsh environments such as high temperature, high pressure, and strong corrosion, the performance of refractory zirconia bricks is excellent, which can ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
Zirconia Refractory Brick Application:
Mainly used for refining area,melting area dog house area,front wall,throat area,burner block,drawing zone,breast wall etc. of glass smelting furnace.

Alumina powder, desiliconized zirconium,zircon sand etc.
Zirconia Refractory Brick Types:
Regular casting,tilting casting,dense casting and no shrinkage cavity casting types.
According to different Al2O3 content, there are AZS 33#, AZS 36# and AZS 41# types.
Zirconia Refractory Brick Production process:
All raw materials are proceeded into powder and mixed in different proportion according to different demands, then melt in high temperature Electric furnaces ,then cast into molds. After demolding, blocks are dried and engineered with brick cutting machine.
